INDIGO LEGAL SERVICE
Indigo Legal is the law firm now providing legal advisory services to all AAAA members across Australia. Indigo Legal assists members by providing practical legal advice and services in the areas of corporate, commercial, competition and consumer law.
From 3 August 2015 AAAA members can access the FREE Indigo Legal hotline service on 1300 369 703 for general advice.
Indigo legal can provide members with general advice on refunds, warranties, consumer guarantees, product safety, compensation for loss and damage, marketing claims, contract terms, other rights and obligations under the Australian Consumer Law, business structures, sale and purchase agreements, intellectual property and debt recovery. A more comprehensive list of the types of matters that Indigo Legal can assist AAAA members with is provided below.
Indigo Legal can also assist AAAA members with more complex legal matters which fall outside of the scope of the hotline service which is limited to short, general advice.
