Fleetwood sells canopy and tray maker Flexiglass Challenge to Aeroklas Australia for $7m
Fleetwood has sold ute canopy and tray maker Flexiglass Challenge business for $7 million.
Fleetwood said Flexiglass had a book value of $10.9 million, so about $4 million of goodwill would be written down from the sale to Aeroklas Australia.
The agreed price is subject to working capital movements by the date of completion, expected by January 31.
