Industry Legal is the law firm now providing legal advisory services to all AAAA members across Australia. Industry Legal assists members by providing practical legal advice and services in the areas of corporate, commercial, competition and consumer law.
Industry Legal can provide members with general advice on refunds, warranties, consumer guarantees, product safety, compensation for loss and damage, marketing claims, contract terms, other rights and obligations under the Australian Consumer Law, business structures, sale and purchase agreements, intellectual property and debt recovery. Other services
Industry Legal can also assist AAAA members with more complex legal matters which fall outside of the scope of the hotline service which is limited to short, general advice. Assistance with such matters will be charged on a fee for service basis at special AAAA discounted member rate, quoted on application.
