EV Maintenance and Repair Draft Standard Open for Consultation
Standards Australia has released a draft standard on the maintenance and repair of electric vehicles, and has opened for public consultation submissions. The standard is wide-ranging, covering all maintenance and repair of EVs, including routine maintenance and repair work not involving the battery system, such as changing tyres, wheel alignment and brake repair.
The AAAA is represented on the committee for this standard, with Director of Government Relations and Advocacy, Lesley Yates, being a voting member.
