Australia’s Largest Automotive Training Event Heads to Adelaide

Autocare 2027 will bring world-class trainers, three dedicated training streams and a major automotive trade show to the Adelaide Convention Centre on 7–8 May.

Hosted by the Australian Automotive Aftermarket Association (AAAA) and supported by Major Sponsor mycar Tyre & Auto, Autocare will bring automotive professionals from across the country together for three days of training, networking and industry innovation. Tickets will go on sale in late 2026.

Leading Australian and international experts will cover the topics that matter most to technicians, workshop owners and vehicle modification professionals, helping attendees sharpen diagnostic skills, improve workshop efficiency and build more profitable businesses.

The move to Adelaide marks an exciting new chapter for Autocare, with three dedicated streams—Technical Training, Workshop Success and Modification Pathways—giving attendees the opportunity to build skills, strengthen businesses and connect with peers.

“We’re excited to bring Autocare to Adelaide and create another valuable opportunity for our industry to learn, connect and grow,” said AAAA CEO Stuart Charity.

“Vehicle technology and business demands continue to evolve. Whether you’re tackling complex diagnostics, building a stronger workshop business or navigating vehicle modification requirements, Autocare will help you return with practical knowledge, fresh ideas and strong new connections.”

The Technical Training stream will help technicians sharpen their diagnostic capability and develop the skills needed to service and repair modern vehicles. Building on Autocare’s reputation for expert-led education, the program will deliver practical insights that technicians can apply in the workshop.

Workshop owners and managers will benefit from the Workshop Success stream, focused on strengthening business performance, improving efficiency and supporting successful teams. Delegates will explore ways to respond to changing customer expectations and position their businesses for sustainable growth.

Building on the National Light Vehicle Modifications Summit, the Modification Pathways stream will help vehicle modification professionals navigate regulatory requirements and approval pathways, understand emerging changes and contribute to discussions on the future of national vehicle modification standards.

Complementing the training, the Autocare Trade Show will showcase workshop tools, diagnostic technology, parts, equipment, services and business solutions from the best brands. Attendees can connect with suppliers, explore products and discover solutions to strengthen workshop capabilities and performance.

Autocare will also bring the industry together to exchange ideas, share experiences and build relationships with peers and suppliers from around Australia, including a renowned networking event on the show floor.

Technicians, apprentices, workshop owners, and vehicle modification professionals are encouraged to plan ahead for Autocare’s Adelaide debut. Tickets will go on sale in late 2026, with further program, international trainers and trade show details to be announced.
